Utstillingsperiode: 19. september – 4. oktober 2026
Vernissage: lørdag 19. september kl. 15:00–18:00

Morten Juvet – Ny rapport fra skogbrynet
Solo Exhibition | 8–30 March 2025

Morten Juvet (b. 1953, Holmestrand) is a Norwegian painter and graphic artist known for a distinctive, imaginative visual world where nature, animals and human figures meet in colourful and often surreal narratives. Ny rapport fra skogbrynet presented works inspired by the forests and natural surroundings of his home in Holmestrand, transforming familiar motifs such as trees, foxes, hares and mushrooms into poetic and magical pictorial stories.
Juvet studied at Kunstskolen i Trondheim, Studieatelieret in Bergen and the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts in Oslo. His work has been exhibited extensively in Norway and internationally and is represented in major Norwegian collections, including the National Museum, which holds four of his paintings.
